MyPhysique ("we", "our", "the app") is an AI-powered physique analysis and fitness tracking app. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

• Account information: email address, and name if you sign in with Apple or Google.
• Physique scan photos: photos you take or select for AI body analysis.
• Body metrics: height, weight, age, gender, and body fat percentage.
• Nutrition and activity data: food logs, weight logs, and workout logs you enter.
• Subscription information: your purchase status, handled by Apple's App Store — we do not receive or store your payment card details.

How We Use Your Information

• To generate your AI physique score and body analysis.
• To build and personalize your workout, nutrition, and fasting plans.
• To track your progress over time (including before/after photo comparisons).
• To operate your account and process your subscription.

Third-Party Services We Use

We rely on the following providers to operate the app. Each processes only the data necessary for their function:

• Supabase — hosts our database, authentication, and photo storage.
• Apple / Google — if you choose "Sign in with Apple" or "Sign in with Google".
• Anthropic (Claude) — processes your scan photos to generate the AI physique analysis.
• Apple App Store — processes subscription payments.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use third-party advertising or tracking SDKs.

Photo Storage & Security

Scan photos are stored in a private, per-account storage folder that only you can access. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. For the Before/After comparison feature, we keep at most two photos per account (your first scan and your most recent scan) — older photos are automatically replaced, not accumulated.

Data Retention & Deletion

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Delete Account. This immediately and irreversibly removes your profile, scan history, photos, nutrition and weight logs from our systems.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at myphysiqueai@gmail.com, or by using the in-app account deletion feature.

Children's Privacy

MyPhysique is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
