These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MyPhysique mobile app ("the app", "the service"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use MyPhysique. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Not Medical Advice

MyPhysique provides AI-generated physique analysis, workout plans, and nutrition guidance for informational and educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical, nutritional, or fitness advice. Consult a physician before starting any new exercise or diet program, especially if you have a pre-existing health condition. Results are not guaranteed and vary by individual.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account, which permanently removes your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions

MyPhysique offers auto-renewing premium subscriptions with the following plans:

• Monthly: $5.00 / month
• 6 Months: $25.00, billed every 6 months
• Annual: $40.00, billed every 12 months

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price of the selected plan.
• You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time in your Apple ID Account Settings, after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with the App Store's refund policies, not by MyPhysique directly.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the photos and personal data you submit. By using the app, you grant MyPhysique a limited license to store and process this content solely to provide the service to you (e.g. generating your AI physique analysis).

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the app, including attempting to interfere with its normal operation, reverse-engineer it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyPhysique is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
